I loved the fantastic location next to Asok BTS station, the beautiful and comfy room, the friendly and helpful staff, the great view from the rooftop pool, the nice breakfast. It's a safe area and I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at a hotel tucked away on a quiet street off Soi 20. My purpose was to explore the city and I found this location to be perfect. It was a short walk to the Asok BTS station, which made it easy to travel around. There were some great street food options nearby and a 7-11 for convenience. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a jacuzzi tub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and the entire room was spotlessly clean.

Would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near Sukhumvit and Asok BTS station. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower, two cable tv sets, small rooftop pool and basic gym, friendly staff. Very quiet at night. Stable wifi signal.

I especially enjoyed the sitting area and in-room safe, which added to the convenience and comfort of my stay. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. the service and facilities provided here were top-notch.

Stayed at a hotel during the new year and had a blast. Loved the location, with BTS and restaurants all around. The room was spacious and clean, with the comfiest bed and pillows ever. The bathroom was amazing and had double sinks. The rooftop pool offered a great view of the city. The free drinks in the lobby between 5.30pm and 7pm were a nice touch.

Although the hotel was fantastic, there were a few things that could be better. Check-in could have been more welcoming and informative.

The hotel's location is convenient with many restaurants and bars in close proximity. Rooms are well-furnished with modern amenities such as large flat-screen TVs and luxurious Jacuzzi baths. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests with any needs. Breakfast is included and is a good start to the day. The rooftop terrace provides a nice view of the surrounding area.

Some noise from the surrounding tourist areas can be heard in the early hours of the morning.

The room at Syama Suite Sukhumvit 20 was cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning and a separate sitting area. The free WiFi and safe were really handy. The en suite bathroom had a bath, shower, and free toiletries. The flat-screen satellite TV and sofa seating area were great for relaxation. Being in the Sukhumvit business district, it was convenient with many restaurants and 24-hour convenience stores. it was a pleasant stay for a trekker like me.

Personally, I found the 32-inch plasma TVs with cable channels a bit small. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.
